Postpartum Support

“As your doula, I am here to support you through every step of your journey. My goal is to amplify your voice during labor, ensuring that you are well informed to make empowered, knowledgable decisions while collaborating with the rest of your birth team (partner, medical professionals, etc.) to create an environment where you feel respected, safe, cared for, and supported. During the postpartum period, I aim to provide you with personalized care to best help you adjust to life with your new baby and be a supportive presence for your family during this transformative time.”
